Form and Function
Catalina Foothills

Dark little rooms. Low ceilings. A labyrinthine floor plan. This 1960's-era remodel cried out for redesign to open up the small crowded areas and create a more open, integrated and functional living space. The makeover involved totally redesigning the floor plan and updating the electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems; and changing out the lighting, cabinets, counter tops, and appliances. In the end, form and function came together in a family-friendly setting that is spacious, attractive, functional, and delightful to live in.

"... How pleased we are with the results of our remodeling project. Perhaps as important as the final result was the process itself. Everyone involved was professional, courteous, and clearly dedicated to doing a first class job. Living through a remodel will never be at the top of our list of desirable pastimes, but your crew made the process as livable and unobtrusive as was humanly possible."
