This Ventana Canyon golf villa was originally a production-built product of moderate quality. This seasonal residence looked tired and outdated, with an interior that was obsolete and uninviting. When presented with the challenge of customizing the residence for its new owner, our designers immediately opened up the dining room. Adding color, texture, and interest with upgraded cabinets, floor tile, quality countertops and lighting. Updated window treatments softened the harsh utilitarian feel and gave this home a sense of vitality and zest.
