“When I started McCaleb Construction in 1981, I wanted to create a company that would shatter the myths and horror stories that plague the remodeling industry. It seemed simple – just treat clients the way you would want to be treated,” said John McCaleb.
“Our company’s mission is to build positive relationships with every client. We accomplish this by providing unparalleled customer service and the highest quality design, construction and remodeling services provided by a courteous, well-trained work force.”
The McCaleb Construction approach to client satisfaction is pretty simple: We do what we say we are going to do. And if it isn’t right – if any one of us feels that it would not satisfy us in our home – we do it again, no questions, no charge.
